Welcome to my online art shop. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General
This website is operated by  Christina Arvidsson. Throughout the site, "I", "me", or "my" refers to the artist and owner of the shop. By visiting the site and/or purchasing something, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and content contributors.

2. Products & Availability
All artworks are original pieces created by hand. I do my best to accurately display colours and textures, but please be aware that colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.
Each product is subject to availability. I reserve the right to withdraw or update items at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing
Prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable (EU orders).
For international orders outside the EU, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT charges.
I reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. The price you see at checkout is the final amount (excluding any additional duties for non-EU countries).

4. Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Paper artworks include free shipping within most European countries. Canvas artworks are shipped unstretched and include a standard €30 shipping fee.
Shipping times vary depending on destination. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services. More details can be found in the Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of original art, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you have concerns, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I’ll do my best to help. See Return Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, and content on this site are the property of Christina Arvidsson and are protected by copyright law. No content may be reproduced or used without written permission.

7. Personal Information
Your submission of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy. I will never share or sell your data.

8. Modifications
I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, so please review this page periodically. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
