Returns & Exchanges
At this time, I do not offer returns or exchanges on original artworks, unless the item arrives damaged.
Please read descriptions carefully and feel free to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about a piece I’m happy to share additional details or a short video to help you feel confident in your choice.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Kindly include clear photos of the packaging and the artwork itself so I can find a good solution.
I’ll do my very best to make it right — whether that means a repair, replacement (if possible), or refund.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact me within 12 hours of placing it. After that, I may have already started preparing your shipment.
