Shipping Policy
All orders are packed with great care and love to ensure your artwork arrives safely and beautifully.
Your order will be shipped within 3–5 business days. I’ll notify you by email as soon as it’s on its way, including a tracking number where available.
Shipping Rates & Methods
– Paper artworks: enjoy free shipping within Europe
– Medium size canvas artworks: a flat rate of €30 is applied.
– Large size canvas artworks: a flat rate of €70 is applied.
Canvas pieces are shipped unstretched (without the wooden frame) to make shipping safer and more cost-effective. If you prefer the canvas to be shipped stretched on frame, please contact me before placing your order, and I’ll check custom shipping options for you.
If you are nearby, you are welcome to pick up your canvas directly from my studio — stretched and ready to hang, with no extra shipping cost.
Shipments will be sent with reliable carriers such as CTT, UPS, or DHL, depending on the destination and service available. If actual shipping costs turn out to be significantly lower than estimated, I’m happy to issue a refund for the difference.

Currently, I ship within most European countries.
If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please feel free to contact me and I’ll gladly check what’s possible.
Customs & Import Duties
If you’re ordering from outside the EU, please note that customs fees, import taxes, or VAT may apply in your country. These charges are not included in your purchase total and are the buyer’s responsibility.
I am not responsible for any delays due to customs processing or border-related procedures.
